Meet the Staff
Jackie Allen – Lead Pastor
Pastor Jackie comes to Immanuel after spending the last five years serving with the North American Mission Board and starting a church in Arizona. Prior to moving to Arizona he served as Lead Pastor at First Baptist Miami, Oklahoma and Oak Grove Baptist in Cushing, Oklahoma.
A graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University, he has spoken at events across our state, ranging from camp pastor at Falls Creek to revivals and pastor’s conferences. However, his primary passion is to creatively communicate the Bible so that it impacts our daily lives.
He and his wife Tonya have three children; Josh, Hannah and Abby.

Brian Holland – Worship Minister
Brian Holland came to Immanuel on July 6, 2009 from Walters First Baptist Church. Originally from Marlow, Brian has been a math teacher, cross country coach, youth minister, missionary to Zimbabwe and worship minister. Brian and his wife Charmin have 3 children. Nathan is currently a senior at Oklahoma Baptist University, Connor is a junior in high school and Brianna is a freshman at Duncan High School.
Brian graduated from East Central University with Music education degree. The members of the Holland household are Cowboy fans through and through, both professionally and collegiately!

Joey Dean – Student Minister
Joey joined the Immanuel family in January ‘07. He had currently served on church staffs in Norman and Oklahoma City. He married his wonderful bride Kristi on June 4, 2004. They are expecting their first bundle of joy in March, and they curretnly have a fluffy white dog named Chloe. Joey received his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business from Oklahoma City University, and is currently pursuing a duel masters from Dallas Baptist University. He also has also completed over 70 credit hours towards a Masters of Divinity.
Joey is an avid OU fan and one day hopes to see the Texas Rangers win a World Series.

Mandy Robbins – Preschool Minister
Mandy Robbins began serving as Preschool Director in July 2007. She has been a member of Immanuel for 13 years. Mandy and her husband, Jon, have been married 7 years and have a 4 year old son, Nathan and a 2 year old daughter, Chloe. Mandy graduated from OU with a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education. It is her mission to “plant seeds of faith” in the hearts of our little ones as they experience God’s love and care in our church.

Barb Spradlin – Children’s Minister
Barb has been at Immanuel for over 25 years as a member, and Children’s Minister for 16 years. She holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma in Elementary Education. Barb and her husband Mark have been married for 28 years and have three wonderful daughters Haley 24, Jill 21, and Taylor 18. Mark and Barb are grateful for the Christian education their children have received by being in church and having the influence and instruction of other Godly people in their children’s lives. This is the reason she would love to have the opportunity to work with you and your family in growing closer to Jesus Christ.
